Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the staff were absolutely phenomenal, especially Joven, who made sure our family felt special. The beach was stunning and clean, and enjoying lunch at the adjacent Jerk Shack was a highlight. On the other hand, the rooms felt dated, service was limited, and dining options were quite restrictive. While the atmosphere was enjoyable, I believe there may be better alternatives in the area.
I had an amazing stay at this all-inclusive resort! The cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff truly standout. The food offered a diverse range of choices, but a few downsides included occasional rowdiness from short-term guests and some delayed room service. The amenities, especially the pool and beach, made for a very enjoyable experience.
I had a lovely time at the resort, with excellent staff making the experience truly enjoyable. The accommodation was great, with comfortable rooms, and the food options were varied and delicious. However, the fitness center was quite neglected and needs attention, and there were a couple of mornings where the noise from housekeeping was disruptive. Overall, it was a solid experience with some room for improvement.
Riu Palace Jamaica has quickly become my favorite getaway. The atmosphere felt like home, with fantastic staff and great food, particularly at the steakhouse. However, if you're looking for a lively experience, this might not be the right place for you, and the towel policy is a bit unusual. Overall, I loved my stay and can't wait to return.
We had an absolutely memorable two-week getaway at this hotel. The food was fantastic, with the jerk chicken standing out as the best I've ever had. The atmosphere was enhanced by the amazing bar and entertainment staff. However, there was a downside with noise levels at night and some issues regarding the cleanliness of public areas. Overall, it was a great experience, and we plan to return next year!
